As part of the “Regulatory Instruments in the Real World” research program, we are using experiments to explore how to make the world a better place. We are looking at transportation transformation, financial regulation, and other areas where we are searching for ways to improve our ability to achieve social goals by making small changes to the way these social goals are translated into law.
